Trichology
Hair loss is one of the most common dermatological concerns and has a significant impact on quality of life in both men and women. Trichology covers the diagnosis and treatment of all conditions of the hair and scalp.
Effective treatment always starts with an accurate diagnosis. At our clinic, we perform digital trichoscopy with the FotoFinder Trichoscale system, which allows for objective measurement of hair density, terminal-to-vellus hair ratio, anagen/telogen percentages, and monitoring of treatment progress over time.
Treatment is individualized and may include topical agents (for example minoxidil, topical corticosteroids in autoimmune alopecias), oral medications in selected cases), scalp mesotherapy, and PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma).

FAQ
How many PRP sessions are needed?
Initial protocol typically involves 3-4 monthly sessions, followed by maintenance sessions every 3-6 months, depending on response.
When will I see results?
First visible results usually appear at 3-4 months. Full assessment is at 6-12 months.
Are results permanent?
No. Androgenetic alopecia is a chronic condition that requires ongoing maintenance. Hair loss gradually resumes, if all treatments are discontinued.
